Receiving Supervisor

The Receiving Supervisor is responsible for coordinating activities for workers responsible for receiving, storing, labeling and distributing all items received at the idX division.
The Receiving Supervisor will also work with the Receiving Manager to plan for a smooth and consistent operation so parts and supplies are located and distributed to proper departments in an effective and efficient manner as needed to satisfy internal and external customer requirements.
Review incoming shipments schedule daily and coordinate with various functions including production and scheduling to make sure that goods are available and delivered to the correct locationMaintain an equipment structure and level to accomplish the warehouse and receiving mission in a safe, effective manner.
Monitor the unloading of all materials into the receiving department; ensure materials are staged for counting and inspection; ensure receiving reports accurately report material receivedResolve discrepancies with accounting regarding invoices, packing slips, and receiver reports.
Monitor the flow of paperwork from receiving to inventory control for timely data entry.
Oversee the movement of material from receiving to the warehouse in an efficient, effective and safe mannerOversee the supplying of materials to fabrication and stage material for assembly and sub-assemblyEnsure materials are labeled and stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety proceduresMonitor and measure receiving and warehouse performance for accuracy of locator, receiving reporting, movement and storage of material, and transfers to service partsSalary:
